Job Summary:
The Director of HR Services will lead the development and execution of HR consulting services, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and client needs. This role requires strategic vision, exceptional leadership, and expertise in HR operations, compliance, and DEI&B initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR consulting strategies tailored to client needs.
- Lead client engagements, ensuring high-quality service delivery and satisfaction.
- Oversee workforce planning, talent management, and organizational development projects.
- Provide expert guidance on HR compliance, policies, and DEI&B initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to design and deliver HR workshops and training programs.
- Manage HR analytics and reporting to measure impact and drive decision-making.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners.
- Stay updated on HR trends and best practices to evolve service offerings.

Requirements

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s Degree preferred)

  • 8-10+ years of experience in HR roles, with a focus on consulting, strategy development, and leadership.

  • Proven track record in managing HR teams and delivering impactful HR solutions to clients.


Skills & Competencies

  • Expertise in HR strategy development, workforce planning, and organizational design.

  • Strong knowledge of HR compliance, policies, and DEI&B principles.

  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills to manage teams and collaborate with clients.

  • Ability to develop and implement innovative HR solutions tailored to client needs.


Certifications (Preferred)

  • Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) or Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP)
