Job Summary:
The Training & Development Lead will design, implement, and oversee learning programs that enhance employee skills, leadership capabilities, and organizational effectiveness. This role requires expertise in instructional design, adult learning principles, and workforce development to create impactful training experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement training programs tailored to client needs and industry best practices.
- Facilitate workshops, seminars, and leadership development sessions for diverse audiences.
- Assess training effectiveness and refine programs based on feedback and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with HR consultants to integrate learning solutions into broader workforce strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate best practices into training initiatives.
- Utilize Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning tools to enhance training delivery.
- Support clients in talent development, employee engagement, and performance improvement.

Requirements


Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or a related field (Master’s preferred)

  • 5-7+ years of experience in training, learning & development, or HR consulting.

  • Proven track record in designing and delivering training programs for diverse audiences.


Skills & Competencies

  • Expertise in instructional design, adult learning principles, and leadership development.

  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills to engage participants effectively.

  • Ability to create customized training materials using e-learning platforms and digital tools.

  • Knowledge of HR compliance, DEI&B strategies, and workforce development.

  • Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS) and training evaluation methods.


Certifications (Preferred)

  • Certified Professional in Talent Development (CPTD) or Association for Talent Development (ATD) certification

  • SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP).
