Requirements
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
7-10+ years of experience in HR roles, with a focus on consulting, strategy development, and leadership.
Proven track record in HR advisory services, workforce planning, and organizational development.
Skills & Competencies
Expertise in HR strategy, compliance, and DEI&B initiatives.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for assessing client needs.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to build client relationships.
Proficiency in HR software, data analytics, and reporting tools.
Ability to develop and implement innovative HR solutions tailored to client needs.
Certifications (Preferred)
Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) or Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP)
