Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage daily operations to ensure smooth workflows and processes.
- Oversee technical systems and tools, ensuring they are effectively utilized and maintained.
- Collaborate with teams to identify and resolve operational challenges.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to optimize processes and improve efficiency.
- Manage logistics, scheduling, and administrative tasks to support organizational goals.
- Provide technical support and training to staff on systems and tools.

Requirements

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field

  • 3-5+ years of experience in operations management or technical coordination roles.

  • Proven ability to manage logistics, workflows, and technical systems


Skills & Competencies

  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills to streamline operations

  • Proficiency in technical tools and software, such as project management platforms, CRM systems, and data analytics tools.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for team collaboration and stakeholder engagement.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively

  • Knowledge of IT systems and infrastructure to support technical operations.


Certifications (Preferred)

  • Certifications in operations management or IT systems (e.g., Six Sigma, ITIL)

  • Specialized training in data analytics or project management tools.
