Requirements
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
3-5+ years of experience in HR technology, HRIS implementation, or HR systems management.
Experience in integrating HR technology solutions to optimize workforce processes.
Skills & Competencies
Expertise in HR software, HRIS platforms, and data analytics tools.
Strong problem-solving and technical troubleshooting skills.
Ability to analyze HR data and provide insights for decision-making.
Knowledge of HR compliance, automation, and digital transformation strategies.
Proficiency in cloud-based HR systems, AI-driven HR tools, and workflow automation.
Certifications (Preferred)
Certifications in HR technology, HRIS administration, or data analytics.
Specialized training in HR software platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or ADP.
