Key Responsibilities:

Requirements

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred)

  • 5+ years of experience in HR roles, with a focus on consulting, strategy development, and workforce planning.

  • Proven track record in HR advisory services, compliance, and talent management.


Skills & Competencies

  • Expertise in HR strategy, compliance, and DEI&B initiatives.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for assessing client needs.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to build client relationships.

  • Proficiency in HR software, data analytics, and reporting tools.

  • Ability to develop and implement innovative HR solutions tailored to client needs.


Certifications (Preferred)

  • Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).

  • Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP)
