Job Summary:
The Administrative Coordinator will oversee daily administrative operations, ensuring efficiency in scheduling, documentation, and client communications. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to support HR consultants and leadership in managing workflows and operational logistics.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage scheduling, documentation, and HR-related records to ensure smooth operations.
- Provide administrative support to HR consultants, including client communications and compliance tracking.
- Assist in event planning, training coordination, and office logistics.
- Maintain HR databases, reports, and filing systems for accuracy and accessibility.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and industry standards.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, preparing agendas and follow-up materials.
- Support marketing and branding initiatives by organizing promotional materials and communications.
- Act as a point of contact for vendors, clients, and internal teams.

Requirements

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.

  • 3-5+ years of experience in administrative support, HR coordination, or office management.

  • Experience in handling scheduling, documentation, and operational logistics.


Skills & Competencies

  • Strong organizational and time management skills to oversee administrative tasks efficiently.

  • Proficiency in HR software, project management tools, and office applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, CRM systems).

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for team collaboration and stakeholder engagement.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.

  • Knowledge of HR policies, compliance, and record-keeping.


Certifications (Preferred)

  • Certification in office administration, HR coordination, or project management.

  • Specialized training in data analytics or workflow optimization.
