Booking, Cancellation, and Waitlist Policies


At Optimized HR Consulting, we strive to provide a seamless experience for our clients through clear and fair policies:


Booking Policy:
All appointments and services must be booked in advance to ensure availability. You can easily schedule your session through our online platform or by contacting us directly. Once booked, you will receive a confirmation email with all the details of your appointment.


Cancellation Policy:
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made within less than 24 hours or no-shows may incur a cancellation fee of $35 or result in forfeited service credit, depending on the service.


Waitlist Policy:
If your desired session or time slot is fully booked, you are welcome to join our waitlist. Should an opening become available, we will notify you on a first-come, first-served basis. Waitlist participants must confirm their spot within 24 hours to secure the appointment.
